 How to make Pav Bhaji | Pav Bhaji Recipe | Street-style Pav Bhaji Recipe

 

Pav Bhaji


Ingredients:-

For Bhaji:-

  • Oil 1cup approx.
  • Water 2-3 glass
  • Zeera 1tbsp
  • Capsicum half cup
  • Green Chili chopped 5-6
  • Peas 1cup
  • Boiled and mashed Potatoes 5-6
  • Cauliflower 1 (1/2 pau)
  • Tomatoes 5-6 chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
  • Red chili 1tbsp
  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch 2tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  • Butter as required
  • Chopped Onion 1cup
  • Ginger paste 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Garam masala 2tbsp
  • Red food color 1/b teaspoon
  • Kasoori Methi 2tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2tbsp
  • Chopped Green Coriander 
For Masala pav:-
  • Butter
  • Chopped coriander
  • Red chili little bit
  • Pav bhaji masala little bit



Method:-
For Bhaji:-
  • Take a cooking pot, and let it headed for a while.
  • Once it is headed, add 2tbsp of oil into it.
  • Add capsicum, green chilis, peas, boiled mashed potatoes, cauliflower, chopped tomatoes, salt, pav bhaji masala 1tbsp, red chili 1tbsp, Kashmiri rec chili 1/2 tbsp turmeric 1/2 tbsp mix all together well.
  • Add around 2 glasses of water to it and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once veggies are nicely cooked, mashed them and keep them aside.
  • Take another pot, and add 2tbsp of oil, and butter as per your choice.
  • Add chopped Onions and fry them nicely.
  • Add 1tbsp of ginger paste and 1tbsp of garlic paste and mix them.
  • Add salt, pav bhaji masala 1tbsp, Garam masala 1tbsp, Kashmiri all mirch 1tbsp, red food color, kasoori methi, lemon juice, chopped coriander mix well, and then add bhaji into it and mix it well.
  • Add water according to the consistency you need.

For Pav:-
  • Take a pan and add butter then add red chili pav bhaji masala coriander and then roast pav in it.

  • Serve pav bhaji and enjoy with joy.
