 Garam Masala 



Ingredients:-

  • Cumin Seeds (zeera)
  • Cinnamon (dalchini)
  • Clove (long)
  • Whole Black pepper
  • Nutmeg (jaifal)
  • Black Cardamom (Bari ilaichi)
  • Green Cardamom (Choti ilaichi)
  • Bay Leaves (Taz pata)
Method:-
  • Take a Blender and add all spices together blend it well.
  • Garam masala is ready.
  • Store it in airtight container.
