 Sing Paak Recipe | mungfali ki barfi | Peanut paak | Peanut Jaggery Pak | Mandvi Paak | Peanut Barfi



Ingredients:-

  • Peanut 1/2 KG
  • Jaggery 1 1/5 pau
  • Ghee 1 pau
  • Nutmeg 1 whole

Method:-

  • Take a pan and roast peanuts till the color change.
  • Cool down peanuts and then peel its skin.
  • Grind the peanuts and make a powder.
  • Take a pot, add ghee and once the ghee is heated add jaggery.
  • Remember that you have to add jaggery in very fine form so that it will dissolve easily.
  • Cook jaggery well once its done add peanut powder in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add Powdered Nutmeg in it and mix it well.
  • Grease tray with ghee.
  • Dish out it in a tray.
