 Ingredients:

  • Chicken -1kg
  • Yogurt -1 cup
  • Onion Paste -2 Tbsp
  • Garlic Paste -2 Tbsp
  • Ginger Paste -2 Tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder  -1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon Juice -1 whole (2 Tbsp)
  • Coriander Powder -1Tbsp
  • Cumin Powder -1Tbsp
  • Garam Masala -1Tbsp
  • Red Color -1 and ½ Tbsp
  • Kashmiri lal mirch -1Tbs
  • Oil -1Tbsp

Method:-

  • Take a bowl and add chicken (with cuts) into it. Add salt, red color, onion paste , ginger and garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kashmiri lal mirch, lemon juice and mix it well, after mixing it add oil at the end and cover it for 2 to 4 hour.
  • Take the chicken out and put aside.
  • Take your grill pan and drizzle some oil in it.
  • When the oil is heated, add the chicken cover it and cook for 30-40 mins.
  • Serve with Naan, Chapati, Rice, with Raita and Salad.
