Gajar ka Halwa


Ingredients:-

  • Carrot 2kg Shredded
  • Suger 2cups
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Elaichi powder 1tsp
  • Almond boiled and peeled 12-14
  • Milk 1kg Boiled
  • Koya 1pau (250 grams)
Method:-
  • Take a pan and heated it.
  • Put shredded carrots in it and add milk and cook for 20 minutes and cook carrots well
  • Add sugar and ghee to it and cook it till it gets dry
  • Add badam elaichi and koya and mix it well.
  • serve it.
