 Lasan K Ladoo With Baigan Ka Raita


Lasan Ke Ladoo


Ingredients:-

  • Bajre ka ata (pearl millet flour) 1kg
  • Hara Lasan 1/2 kg chopped
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Cumin seed 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Green chilli 10-12 chopped
  • Baigan 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1cup
  • Water as required
Method:-
For Ladoo:-
  • Take bajre la ata in a bowl, add salt and water and mix it well and make a dough.
  • Make a roti 
  • Heat a tawa or a pan and cooked roti nicely.
  • Cooled it, when it is done then blend it into small pieces and keep it aside.
  • Take another pan and add oil to it, when the oil is heated, add cumin seeds, green chillis, garam masala, turmeric, black pepper, salt and mix it well
  • After that add Hara lasan and mix well.
  • Mix this mixture in the blended bajra.
  • And then use charcoal steam.
  • After that mix it well and start makling ladoos.
For Raita:-
  • Roast baigen on flame and when it is done peel its skin and cut it out and keep aside.
  • Take yogurt and put baigan mixture in it and salt and black pepper as required.
  • serve it.
