Ingredients:-

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Garlic paste 1tsp
  • Ginger paste 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Cumin powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2tsp
  • Yogurt Whipped 1 cup
  • Oil 1cup
  • Lemon juice 1tsp
  • Green Chilli paste 1tsp
  • Green Chillies Whole 7 to 9
  • Green Coriander Handful
  • Salt
  • Onion paste half cup
  • Ginger in julienne cut

Method:-
  • Take chicken in a bowl add salt, onion paste, ginger and garlic paste, green chili paste, and yogurt mix it well and cover it, and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan add oil and let it to heated, add chicken and let it cooked on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and black pepper mix well and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
  • when oil release and the chicken is fully cooked, add a chopped handful of coriander, green chilis.
  • Serve with naan, Raita, and salad.
Tips:-
  • For best results, wash chicken with 2 tsp of white vinegar and half cup water before use.
