Bajre Ke Kabab

Ingredients:-

  • Bajre ka atta (pearl millet flour)
  • Turmeric 1Tbsp
  • Chat masala 1Tbsp
  • Red chili 1Tbsp
  • Kutti lal mirch (Chili Crushed) 1Tbsp
  • Black pepper 1Tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala 1Tbsp
  • Ajwain (carom seeds) 1Tbsp
  • Jeera (cumin seeds) 1Tbsp
  • Wheat Flour (gandum ka atta) 1cup
  • Sesame seeds 1Tbsp
  • Chopped green chilis 4-5
  • Whole coriander seeds 1Tbsp
  • Fresh Fenugreek Leaves shopped 1cup
  • Green garlic/Spring Garlic chopped 1cup
  • Metha soda/baking soda 1/4tsp
  • Dahi ki lasi as required
  • Water as required
  • Oil to fry

Method:-

  • Take a big bowl and add turmeric, chat masala, red chili, crushed chili, black pepper, salt, garam masala, Ajwain, jeera, wheat flour, sesame seeds, chopped chilis, coriander seeds, chopped fenugreek, green garlic chopped, and metha soda.
  • Mix all together.
  • With the help of lasi and water make a dough (remember that don't make your dough too hard too smooth, consistency should be medium)
  • When you are done with the dough, heat the oil for deep fry.
  • For making Kababs, grease arms with oil and take a small amount of dough and make small kababs from it.
  • Don't make kababs too thick or too thin.
  • When you are done fry them.
  • Serve with yogurt.
