 Desi Ghee | Desi Ghee From Malai | Asli Ghee | Homemade Ghee Recipe 


Ingredients:-

  • Malai/Milk cream (here I am taking malai for the last 10 days)
  • Coldwater about 2 liters

Method:-

  • Take a Blender and add malai/milk cream about 2-4 spoons and add cold water in it.
  • Blend all together well until the Makhan forms.
  • Collect the all-thick Makhan layer in a pot. also remember that after removing the Makhan discard the water. 
  • Once you are done with making makhan now it's time to make ghee out of it. 
  • Put the pot of Makhan on the flame and cook. 
  • Remember that always use a bigger pot to avoid the ghee coming out from ur pot while cooking. 
  • You will notice that after few minutes the bubbles are appearing DO NOT throw it and keep spooning. 
  • After approx. 15-20 minutes you will see ghee clearly appearing. 
  • Once Ghee is ready, close the flame and cold it down. 
  • Stain it REMEMBER to use steel strainer and steel or a glass container only because plastic will melt or get destroyed. 
  • You can use this Ghee in every recipe either it is spicy or Sweet dessert.
