Restaurant Style Chicken Karahi | Chicken Karahi




Ingredients:-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes chopped 1/2 kg
  • Cream 2tbsp
  • Kasoori methi 1tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp 
  • Green chilis 2-3 chopped
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 whole
  • Ginger Jauline cut
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala 1tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala tbsp
  • Black pepper 1tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1tbsp
  • Red chili 1tbsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method:-

  • Take your cooking pan, add oil, and chicken to it.
  • Fry chicken for about 2 mins and add 2tbsp of yogurt in it.
  • mix well.
  • Add chopped tomatoes in it and let it nicely cook.
  • Cook without lead so extra water can evaporate.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and chopped chilis mix all well.
  • Add chat masala, turmeric, garam masala, black pepper, crushed red chili, red chili, and salt to it mix all well together.
  • Once it is done add the remaining yogurt few jauline cut ginger cream and kasoori methi and mix it well.
  • Add lemon juice few green chilis and mix well.
  • Your karahi is ready, serve it.
