 How to make Garam Masala At Home | Garam Masala Recipe | Homemade Garam Masala Recipe


Garam masala is a combination of spices. Blending them nicely and making a Powder which is widely used in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, from curries and lentil dishes to soups and many other amazing mouth-watering recipes to enhance the flavor. Ingredients:-

  • Whole Coriander 250 grams
  • Cumin Seeds 250 grams
  • Bay leafs 10-15 leaves
  • Black Cardamom 50 grams
  • Green Cardamom 50 grams
  • Cinnamon 50 grams 
  • Clove 50 grams
  • Black Pepper 50 grams
  • Star Anise (Badiyan Ke Phool) 50 grams

Method:-

  • Take a pan and let it heated for a while.
  • Add Coriander Seeds and let them roasted until their color starts to change and smell appears.
  • Once done keep it aside and do the same with other ingredients.
  • Once every ingredient is nicely roasted let it cool down for a few minutes.
  • Blend it and make a powder.
  • Garam Masala is ready.
  • Store in an airtight container.
