 Kashmiri Lal Mirch Ki chutney

Ingredients:-

  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch 1/2 pau
  • Lasan 12 pieces
  • Tamarind Paste 1 cup
  • Zeera 1tbsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Oil 2tbsp

Method:-

  • Cut Kashmiri Lal Mirch into small pieces and soak it in water for 2 hours.
  • Separate the soaked Mirch and add them to the blender, add Tamarind paste, Chopped Garlic, zeera, salt and blend them nicely.
  • Take a pan and add oil to it.
  •  Once the oil is heated add the blended paste and cook well.
  • You can also add water to it.
  • Cook for 2-5 mins.
  • Ready to serve.
